DAY 1 – Santa Marta or Minca | altos de la sierra

The adventure begins early, around 7:00 am, departing from Santa Marta or the Minca police station. From there, we'll head towards the La Tagua trail, the starting point of our hike.
We'll begin a hike of approximately 5 kilometers along mountain trails, surrounded by the unique landscapes and natural beauty of the Sierra Nevada. Along the way, we'll enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by local families.
Next, we will visit a farming farm where you will learn more about its crops and traditional planting techniques, learning about rural life in the region.
We'll continue our 7-kilometer hike to our overnight stop, a secluded spot surrounded by nature with breathtaking panoramic mountain views. There, you can relax and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by locals, ending the day in a peaceful and authentic setting.

DAY 2 – highlands of the mountains | cerro kenedy

On the second day we will wake up very early, around 5:00 am, to head towards the 360° viewpoint, a privileged spot where we can enjoy a spectacular sunrise full of colors and unique moments.
After this experience, we'll return to enjoy a delicious breakfast before embarking on a 4-kilometer hike to reach the highest point of the trail, at about 3,100 meters above sea level. From there, weather permitting, we'll be able to appreciate the imposing snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada: Pico Simón Bolívar and Pico Cristóbal Colón.
Then, we will begin the descent on a hike of approximately 9 kilometers, surrounded by mountain landscapes and nature, until we reach the place where we will enjoy lunch.
Finally, we will conclude this tour full of adventure, incredible landscapes and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Sierra Nevada.
